Fast Paced, interesting company

Pros

Great place to grow career, lots of opportunities due to the fast growth. Some great benefits and a great senior leadership team.

Cons

Still developing HR department, room for improvement around international opportunities, general benefits etc. Some unstructured processes make things confusing sometimes, for example what do I need to do to advance to the next stage for job growth isnt super clear.

Pros

Company has good product matrix and lot of potential to grow in market

Cons

-Start up approach is gone and Current management is mix of multiple companies and everybody is trying to bring there old company approaches by diluting existing approaches. -No work balance - Start up staff left because of new management approaches

Great community and work atmosphere. Working from home is encouraged for Professional Services department and some travel is required to customers offices/sites.

Cons

Nothing, it is good company with nice offices.
