Pros

The solution is very matured and has awareness among enterprise customers. Most customers are happy with the solution and hence feels good to work. The Senior management was approachable when it cam to business. The attractive part was the RSUs, which I understand is dwindling for new employees.

Cons

The culture is extremely bad and is run by the whims and fancy of local management team and their favoritism. It is hire and fire with no explanation given. Infact they build false case and reasoning against you. You are expected to work 18 hours a day and also on weekends. You are looked down upon if you give a personal reason for not being available in late evening.

Good progression opportunities if you work hard. Improved employee care following the new CHRO hire.

Cons

The changes that take place within the organisation can be overwhelming but as long as you can embrace this and look at it from the positive side then you will go far.

- World's number one most innovative company, with amazing technology on offer and excellent relationship with customers - Management is supportive and proactive in employee's career development - Inspiring people , very chilled and like minded -Growing company with so much more potential - Excellent compensation and benefits -Recognizes hard work and exceptional performance - Real sense of belonging and the executive team strive to make SN an even better place to work

Cons

- Growing pains, a lot is changing in a very short period of time, so you need to roll with it and be adaptable - On-boarding could be improved - takes a while to sort out access to all the tools needed etc. - Salary Reviews .it should be standardized and talked about a bit more than we currently do.
