Pros

Get to work with cutting edge tech. I loved working with the Mac ecosystem here.

Cons

Management plays favorites and if they don't "like" you will find a way to eliminate you. Upper management lives in the "crystal castle" making decisions about things they know nothing about. The boots on the ground techs know what's going on but aren't listened to at all.

Cons

Some orgs have issues with Work/Life but this is known and being addressed. Career planning resources are in the works as well.
