Pros

- Good pay and stock performance - Lots of smart people - Good product

Cons

- While there are some bright spots, this is BY FAR the most toxic place I have worked and I have spent time at MSFT, Google, Meta, etc. - There are many abusive leaders and executives, and I do not use that word lightly - HR issues are not dealt with, and reporting poor behavior does absolutely nothing - Truly a horrific culture, I knew several people who went out on leave for mental health reasons related to work

Great product, company, culture, CEO, etc.

Cons

It’s stressful. Lots of pressure to support customer and internal customers. Stigma in the market of being an IT company when trying to get outside of IT.
