Pros

Good compensation Stock is doing great Opportunity to work on challenging problems It is very easy to get visibility though the company is expanding

Cons

Bad work life balance No 401K match and the company doesn't care to improve it. Upper management is rude at times. Luckily my manager was very polite and did not expose me to them a lot. Lots and lots and lots of internal politics.

Great people Company is always working hard Meeting are very good and provide information to make their work better The best analysts get gifts Hours of work and holidays and vacations are great

Cons

Let me go because they sent people to florida and because I made a number of mistakes that were minor in my mind.
