Fast-paced, good team, great conferences, clear structure in work picture.

Cons

Lots of infighting and one-upmanship. Lack of trust and too many approval gates, draconian policies hampering initiative and innovation.

Good pay and RSUs. Good amount of work and intelligent teammates. Greate management, flexible, no micromanagement. Managers knowing project in and out is a good thing. Hackathons and learning opportunities

All depends on which team you are part of, most of the teams are good but heard some of them are not as good
