Pros

Flexible hours, winners mentality and a lot of good people make it the best place to work. SN rewards their employees generously and is helping with personal development.

Cons

Above mentioned personal development is for sure not applicable in every department and depends on the manager. Sometimes you are working crazy hours but this is not always negative as you work towards common goals.

Strong growth, amazing product, leading in the market, flexibility with the job, unlimited income potential.

Cons

There is a sense of being in an island working remotely. Also, company is growing very fast so a lot of change organizationally.
