A fantastic and successful product. Supportive and friendly colleagues. Plenty of interesting and challenging work. Salary and benefits are very good and hard work is rewarded. A great employer all round...

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. I've worked in the industry for 14 years and this is by far the best company I have worked for - in all aspects.

Pros

The company is really taking off and is very exciting to be a part of something amazing. Really great work environment and it's even dog friendly! The culture is one of a kind, where people treat each other with respect and integrity.

Cons

The company is growing like crazy and for some, the constant change might not be comfortable for them. So, for those who do not like change, this would be a con.
