Pros

Pay may be good at times. Flexible wfh policy, regular t-shirts

Cons

Culture is really bad in some product lines and leadership lacks vision and often takes immature decisions. My experiene has been pathetic. they keep building useless products that can never even meet the experience that atlassian jira or monday.com or asana can offer. Unfortunately the company culture is being spolied by people who join in the senior roles from other companies.

Pros

Marketing, Product and IT orgs are reasonably legit.

Cons

Operations, Sales, Customer Success are probably not up to par. Operations, in particular, has a lot of old school tech co alums. They brought over a lot of toxic culture from Cisco, Salesforce.
