Pros

Good company and product, definitely more a fit for enterprises. Will be interesting to see how well the product does in Mid Market / SMB.

Cons

New leadership lots of changes. Culture has taken a turn for the worst, morale is at an all time low, though nothing unexpected. Lots of restructuring. ANZ business has taken a turn, so new leadership must be doing something right, though it's pretty cutthroat atm - Success plan and Performance Improvement Plans are very common. > 60% of reps didn't make number in 2025 - a refection of quality of reps? Market condition? or unreasonable quota? Maybe a mix of all...
