Pros

The company seems to actively strive to manage work life balance for its employees, giving occasional "Wellness Days" off in order to help unwind. The software is fully featured enough to allow developers to execute on the vision of a "low code" development environment without feeling unduly hampered in their ability to develop and implement their desired projects.

Cons

The "low code" environment espoused by the company and software is very different from the typical IDE based development that software engineers might be used to. It definitely takes getting used to the Now platform oriented development that ServiceNow encourages if you're more focused on lower level development, and it's not immediately clear how much of that Now platform specific development skill will carry over into other Software Engineering positions.

Pros

- Great work culture. - RSU. - Awesome recreational facilities available at Hyderabad office. - Lots of free snacks.

Cons

- Development using Servicenow ecosystem - Not much growth in technical front - Though RSU are great distribution time span should decrease from 4 to 2 years, salary needs some restructuring as many competitor are providing better compensation.

Good people to work with Some really smart work in certain fields Company is continuously trying new things

Cons

Not a lot of scope to grow beyond the ServiceNow stack Might be too customer focused and not enough engineering driven Work life balance can be bad if you have to work a lot with teams in different timezones. Engineering decisions are completely top down
