Pros
Seemingly recession proof. You feel the stability and our CEO is incredible. He really brings the excitement and has helped us excel far beyond where we were a few years ago. The company culture is overall positive and they do a lot for women, POC, and inclusivity is a top priority.
Cons
Biggest con- they don't seem to promote from within very often. Hire lots of outside people with limited experience at leadership levels.... this has caused lots of attrition and makes it difficult for people who have been here for a few years.
