Pros

I love the culture here. Senior management is employee-friendly and easy to approach. Employee benefits are in line with market standards. Company stocks, insurance, and good pay. The best part is the 3-month paternity leave; other companies just offer a week.

Cons

I don't see many cons, except for frequent leadership changes, which create uncertainty.
