Company culture, product, positive growth potential, DEI openness
Cons
Ability to get promoted or rewarded significantly can vary widely by group, biased preference & certain premature promotions among new senior leaders sends mixed messages to the rank and file, processes need to improve
Leadership at all levels is great. There is tremendous growth potential. The compensation plans are great. You’ll work with some of the smartest, most passionate people in the tech industry. The company serves a broad, deep customer base that has actual needs around the operational functions of their business, thus we are less subject to economic downturns.
Cons
The speed of execution and breadth of what ServiceNow does for the customers means that your first 90-days will be stressful. This isn’t really a “con” so much as a fair warning that you will be drinking from a firehose. You will be supported extremely well through this introductory period, but this isn’t a place for those that aren’t ambitious or dedicated.
Inclusive leadership approach with an emphasis on innovation and the customer journey
Highly adaptive and considerate of the employee experience
Competitive comp and benefits package
Cons
Opportunities for exposure and promotions are vague
