Pros

You learn as much as you seek. Good managers they won't pressure you. Hikes and all based on your performance. They take feedback seriously and reflect on it as much as possible.

Cons

Tech stack was rigid. But now with genai it changing rapidly though. So not much for cons

pay is competitive wlb is emphasized and in some teams great decent snack rooms meals arent free, but they are subsidized

Cons

pay is not the best, promotions arent that competitive, they pay hires from outside more lots of night meetings, many teams have bad wlb not very diverse
