Pros

-Out of everyone I know in the tech industry, this company provides the best work life balance. -Working with interesting technology. -Workflow is smooth with in house systems for almost every part of the job.

Cons

-Opportunities to learn and grow are there but not encouraged. -Highly internal tooling is good for workflow but not as good for developing marketable skills outside of the company.

Good opportunity for early career candidates to rotate to a different team to gain more experience. 4. Immigration-friendly company. 5. Flexible work policy. 6. Unlimited PTO 7. Work from anywhere for 30 days in a year.
