Pros

Everyone is extremely helpful and the culture truly embodies the "Win as a Team" value, where everybody understands we all work towards the same goal and is willing to support each other. The work is challenging and interesting. The compensation package is above market. So far, this is the best place I have ever worked on so far.

Cons

Most of the tools used are proprietary and it takes a bit of time to ramp up and understand them all.
