      Through out my years at ST I have gained so much experience and knowledge. They have given me so much room for professional growth.

      Currently none. in a software company you need to be able to pivot and stay updated with new things.

      Pros

      This is a truly great company that is growing extremely fast. I loved the people, the benefits, the pay, and the enthusiasm of everyone. They are the best software in this niche.

      Cons

      If you have to deal with customers, make sure you have extremely thick skin. Some can be very nasty and it was stressful at times because of that. They are paying a lot for the software, so they will take it out on you if the software doesn't do backflips. Luckily the managers will jump in if people get out of hand.
