7yWe appreciate your feedback on this! We feel our ability to promote from within is an asset to both our organization and to our Titans who want growth in their careers. We understand that management and leadership aren't innate skills, and so we have developed multiple programs and training courses to support new managers. However, we also realize that a role in management isn't for everyone, so we have developed individual contributor tracks into career paths for roles where that makes sense. Retaining our Titans is a top priority for us, and we will continue to add programs to equip all of our managers to retain and develop their team members!
