Pros

Great culture. Great benefits. Great people. If you can find your groove in cold calling, you can see a lot of success.

Cons

Being an SDR can be ruthless. Expectations are high, wanting both quantity and quality. Rating has less to do with the company and more to do with the role.

Pros

Really put a lot of effort and time training and ensuring you were set up for success. Onboarding was a great experience!

Cons

Too much pressure put on sales managers, not enough time to help their team with enablement and often too many people on one team for one manager.
