I love everyone I work with and the culture at ST is extremely supportive and positive. No weekend or evening work required.

Cons

High-pressure job with many in my function experiencing burn-out. Not much potential for movement within my function or the company generally.

The environment is so incredibly toxic. It comes from the top. There is a culture of throwing people under the bus, micromanaging, off work hours working expectations, etc.
