Pros

At least they offer some level of stability

Cons

The average employee doesn’t feel like they have a voice to change things. Either upper management supports you in moving forward with your suggestions, or you usually need to follow the rules and stay quiet just to keep a "good" job. They suppress the innovative soul within you.

Pros

Great training, benefits and leadership. The best SaaS for the trades and the software functionality is unmatched. They treat their clients very well.

Cons

Below average pay. Understaffed. Absurd expectation of taking on more and more company "initiatives" and "projects" with an already robust workload, requiring working after hours and some on the weekends to keep up. Very poor work/life balance.

Pros

Good benefits, pto, health insurance, etc.

Cons

Shady sales practices from management. They micromanage and push you to set up false demos to meet egregious sales quotas. They changed commission structure for the worse. They truly don't care about you but will speak to you as if they hold leverage over you.
