Co-workers are generally cool, small percentage of people will be promoted

Cons

SDRs are treated pretty poorly. Most of my experienced colleagues/mentors were fired - some left for greener pastures. It's usually not the manager's fault because their hands are tied. Multiple colleagues of mine had to go on leave due to burnout and mental health reasons.
