Pros

Great moral, opportunity for growth with the business and friendly colleagues/environment.

Cons

Tech industry + startups are sometimes unpredictable and job loss is a real worry, even if the business is seemingly doing very well, things can occur sharply depending on the climate while at the same time requiring a lot of work/effort on each employee to do their part + more in order to make the business successful with no guarantee of having a job at the end. However, this “ con” or advice should be something to watch out for when working for other companies as well.

Pros

Upper Management has a clear Strategy and Vision. The company is generally good, except certain teams and their management. Overall, Good Benefits and there are some good people to work.

Cons

I worked for ServiceTitan for more than 2.5 years. There is lack of clear direction in Engineering Management at lower level, resulting in poor work-life balance. Manager's are not aware of clear strategy and vision on directing the team. Lack of proficiency in measuring engineer's performance, often resulting in the loss of talented engineers. Lack of career growth. Lack of Timely Feedback from Managers. Poor Work-Life Balance. Inadequate Criteria in Performance Reviews/Improvements.

Pros

Good benefits & pay. Co workers are great

Cons

If you like working overtime without getting paid any overtime, then this is the place for you. Accounts just get recycled from one SDR to another and new leads have little to no useful information. Little room for growth. There are SDRs that have been here for over 2 years and still not qualified for a promotion. AE and SDR relationship is non existent. Quota can be tough to attain as all of the stars need to align perfectly in order for something to count. Also super picky about which shops they want to sell to. Will turn away interested prospects because they are not what they're looking for. Any SDRs that are considering this place, look for other places that will actually give you an opportunity to grow and progress in a career. This place is not it.
