- compensation - PTO - benefits

Cons

- its growing increasingly difficult to qualify prospects over time due to the ICP (ideal customer profile) growing in complexity - upper management is consistently changing what is and isn't allowed in talk tracks as well as the make up of the ICP

Pros

ServiceTitan is a great company and software. Pay is better than your average SDR role. Good benefits as well.

Cons

90% of new hires are terminated or quit within 2 months for not meeting minimum quota. Career pathing in the company is non existent and they give you false hope of roles that aren’t even available to the most tenured reps. The only roles available internally are lateral positions. They would rather hire externally. You will often be stripped of compensation due to caveats in qualification requirement of a prospect that you were never trained to vet for. Many of them completely out of your control.
