Pros

Great growth for the company overall. Lots of business coming in. Great product as well taking over the industry. No micromanaging either.

Cons

There could be more focus on the training and education especially since the CSM wears so many hats. Leadership was nice but I did not feel like they truly understood my role because they had not been in the role before

Awesome team, benefits completely covered by the company, free lunch everyday in office ( like real restaurants), good pay, high level of management that are really there for you.

Cons

Making 50+ calls daily and being very stat driven.
