Benefits are awesome Hybrid ( in office/wfh) options Free Lunch and snacks if you work in - office

Cons

Unreasonable Workload Lack or resources available to help you succeed No one knows what they are doing. When you try to collaborate with other departments, there is often a delay in response/results or an internal fight to get what you need. SOME of the management don't know how to people manage and will take a critique as an attack instead of a learning opportunity. Micro-aggressions are at an all time high Compensation is much lower than the going rate.

great overall company but they hung me out to dry when i had a problem during a work trip

Cons

they act like they care about you until they don't, by the time you know, youre already let go. i was roofied at an airport during a work trip and instead of looking into it and helping me get through the worst event of my life they fired me and labeled it as gross behavior. i even went to the police and hospital.
