Pros

The culture is great and diverse. I feel very much heard and the work I am doing is actually impacting and helping our users which are super awesome to see. The benefits package is also very good, pretty much everything you can think about and more.

Cons

There really aren't many cons that I can think of. If I really need to nitpick I would say sometimes the managers need to align on expectations. Sometimes it could feel like there are different standards but that is going away slowly.

Cons

- There are no boundaries when it comes to success. Your job is everything therefore its hard to get anything done. - The resources that you need are scarce. Be prepared to learn about Quickbooks and other highly technical workflows. - The product is so advanced that it's hard to scale Success.
