Pros

Work life balance is what you make of it. Unlimited PTO is used and encouraged. Good stock comp and bonus plan. Fantastic medical benefits (better than some Fortune100 companies). Room for growth, overall an amazing company with a very very bright future.

Cons

Deciphering the line between support and success is something that's learned individually, however this only applies to a csm role

Working here can often feel like you’re being paid to get an MBA as you learn the operations of our client base of mom and pop shops to enterprise businesses plus the insights from watching a startup grow into what will clearly be a large corporation in the future. You’ll learn a ton if you ask questions and keep an open mind.

Too much to get done, can often feel like there are conflicting priorities
