Pros

WFH, healthcare is paid for and you get a stipend for your phone and internet bill each month.

Cons

Constantly woking 3-5 hours of overtime a week on salary. They used to give us one Friday off a month to give us a break, but they "discontinued" it. Working an extra 20 hours a month was one thing with a long weekend tossed in, but now they're forcing you to work a ton for nothing. Tons of micromanagement - which is unfortunately required for most of the people who work there. If half these people actually did their job then the overtime wouldn't even be a thing. Also the job may not be an inbound call center, but you still are making outbound calls (a requirement regardless of the issue, which is generally related to the software itself rather than what the customer is doing wrong) all day. This place constantly over-promises and under-delivers.

Low pay Boys club Customers are demanding and rude No feedback and no room for growth anymore Leadership is terrible. They don't care about their employees and they throw them under the bus the second a customer seems a little upset

Pros

Some people I work with, well everyone except the managers and their minions .

Cons

Work on your management. Work on the high rate OF PIP! Make everyone that isn't white and Asian feel welcome within your sales organization. Make your managers accountable. This is the most racist, fake progressive liberal and rude company I've seen. Let me be clear, it's not the company as a whole. Its the sales organization. If they don't like you, they will make sure to nitpick, call you out in front of everyone in a meeting and try to get rid of you without real reason and with a horrid attitude. Their process changes every week and if you can't get down with it, they will throw you away. I remember asking my manager for feedback and he gave me the examples and they were ALL wrong. You have a bunch of managers who are on top that don't understand the process coaching. Your training is HORRIBLE. I can see a lawsuit if they were to keep practicing these petty tactics.
