Pros
Great perks, nice office, and a good product. You learn a ton and you're never bored. People tend to be very friendly. There's tons of great extracurricular activities and clubs to participate in. Despite what other reviews say, it's a very diverse and welcoming work environment.
Cons
Stress can be off-the-charts at times. Many of the young managers here aren't good at people-managing. Very challenging environment to navigate: both politically and for work life balance. Lots of willing and unwilling turnover. Certain teams / people hold too much sway, making cross-functional relationships difficult to build and maintain. Benefits are great, but the pay is low for the hours you put in (60-70 hour weeks + weekends are normal). Not the best place to start a career, nor is it the best place to build your career.
