Truly a company dedicated to their customers. They try to be progressive through ethical treatment of employees, great bonuses, benefits, and fostering a positive work environment for any gender or race. The best company I've ever worked for. The love they have for employees is real.

Cons

Work is nonstop. Direction from the top can change on the flip of a dime. Burnout can be real, because in COVID-19 times, all we do is work.

Great benefits, superb recruiting (really enjoy the people I work alongside), and tons of room for growth

Cons

I'd probably have to say stuff that still needs to be ironed due to growing pains, but all-in-all I think ServiceTitan does a fine job of trying to improve it's deficiencies
