If you are a talented person who believes can achieve the "EXTRAORDINARY" than ServiceTitan is your place to work at. I have been working for ST less than a year but the it felt like I was part of this amazing company for much longer than that and it's due to the welcoming environment they provide. Most who work in the company are striving to do the best of their abilities to help the company to grow. Company knows this and they are very much open to encourage their own employees to grow inside the company itself, where they provide all the training you need to become successful.

Cons

There are not much to say in this section, since the company is doing all possible to make their employees happy.

our customers love our product, and we love our fellow Titans. it doesn't get any better than this. one of the company's core values is the desire to achieve extraordinary things. it was a bit discomforting for me to formally take on very ambitious goals, but the process has shown me what I'm truly capable of. and the company seems to be supportive of failure, so long as you took on a huge challenge and went about it the right way.

Cons

it's not easy, and it's not for everyone.
