Amazing Leadership, constantly promoting creativity, & alway willing to give an open ear to new ideas. Also, great environment to work in with great PTO policy

Cons

As I write this I can't think of any at this time. Really amazing place to work.

Pros

Great perks (good benefits, lunches and snacks, parties, PTO and flexible hours) and extremely bright people. Fast growing and exciting things happening.

Cons

Rumblings of taking away vacation time and flexible hours. Growth isn't managed well and new roles don't always fill the gaps they were created to address. High pressure environment, even about things that have nothing to do with your role. Very inexperienced management team can affect your day-to-day in unexpected ways.

Seriously. The 2 founders are some of the genuinely nicest people you will ever meet especially in a leadership position. They really do treat you like family. - If you are self-motivated and ready to work with other like-minded people, you could really enjoy coming into work each day - free catered lunch everyday, unlimited vacation, and many other perks - From a technology point of view, they have very smart engineers and have not been in situation yet where the answer to the question, "can we do it", has been 'no'.

Cons

Not many... - you can't bring your dog to work
