Pros

I've worked here for a short period so far. But you can tell when a company genuinely values it's employees. This is such a place. All contributions are valued by management. The CEO is smart and inspiring. The benefits are beyond anything I've received in my career and extremely generous. The compensation is more than fair. Beyond all this, the product is top-notch and the company continues to drive improvements. Knowing we produce a top-tier product, my work is valued and I have growth opportunities with a growing company keeps me working hard.

Pros

Diverse workforce. Really friendly people with no (visible) drama. Employee count has almost tripled in the last year. Company is growing and trying to avoid the typical startup pitfalls. Can't speak for everyone but I really like my manager(s). Free catered lunches and snacks are a nice perk. Overall, a place where people work hard in a high stress environment.

Cons

A few questionable spending decisions recently. Sometimes things change on the fly without any warning to the product. Product knowledge is scattered where seasoned or connected employees know more than others. Some process deficiencies are masked with more process. This is typical for startups but hopefully will not an issue as we grow.
