Pros

The team collaborate effort is felt throughout the entire company. Not to mention that team morale is amazing, partly because of the daily lunches, the perks and all that. It's a fun and learning community I'm glad to be a part of.

Cons

No solid internal training for new hires. The learning curve could be cut down with a more focused training program.

Pros

Coming to work every day is a joy. The people who work here are incredibly smart, friendly and dedicated individuals who want our customers to succeed at using our product. These people never cease to amaze me at how they manage to get things done

Cons

It's a start-up. There are high expectations and a lot of work. Too much work to get done during a normal business day. Most people end up doing some late nights or early mornings depending upon that employees position. It doesn't feel that bad since everyone is in the same boat and you won't feel like your the only one putting the long hours.
