Overall, ServiceTitan is a great place to work. Its employees are friendly, smart, and driven. The ethos and mission of improving our customers' lives permeates in all that we work on. Some of the perks include a cool, new office, lunch provided every day and tons of snacks, and a great benefits package. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Cons

Because it is a fast growing startup, things are constantly changing and evolving. If you're rigid in practices and don't have a growth mindset, this probably isn't the place for you. Sometimes strategy shifts before it has a chance to run its course.

Very happy that I’m in such a promising company. Great working environment and the company is still trying to make it even better. People work hard here, seems everybody is very motivated like me to make the company more successful. Free lunch, 100% company covered health/dental/vision insurance, etc. etc. And our ideas and opinions are shared and respected here.

Cons

I can not think about one.
