Pros

You know the song that goes... Where do I begin... To tell the story of how great a love can be? That's how I feel about Service Titan. And it's not because of the free food, plush benefits, cool office, or other material stuff. It's because I love who I work with. They have become some of my closest friends. Not because I have to spend a lot of time with them at work, but because they are the smartest, kindest, and most interesting, diverse people I know. It's because I love what I do. This product changes the lives of thousands of underserved people in the trades. My work is challenging, ambitious, and fun. It's because I love who I work for. My director, my VP, the founders, my peers, they're all A+.

Cons

It would be nice for all of us to be on one big floor

Pros

Everybody tries so hard here. Everybody I've met has taken work seriously and taken great pride in the work they do. It's contagious and something they instill in you. I, for one, find it invigorating to work with so many people working hard and taking time to learn new skills. Speaking of learning new skills, they really encourage folks to use LinkedIn Learning videos and to broaden your skillset. I can say, after only being here a few months, that you will learn a lot with a dedicated group of people. They have all of the perks you'd think. La Croix, coffee, free lunches, etc. This is great, but as you get a little older you start to realize that the more important things are how dedicated employees are and what the trajectory of the company is. So perks or no perks, this is great place.

Cons

As you could tell from the above, this is a challenging place to work. You can't hide here and take your paycheck and leave. It's a place where people are asked to give presentations and run meetings within their first week or two at the company. Again, this should be a positive, but I just wanted to throw that out there.
