Priority shifting quickly. Mid to Sr level leadership not trained to be effective team leaders. People are considered property & output machines not humans.

I love working here. Everything is very organized, and people really care about their code and how it affects all of the other developers. Tons of forced vacation, plus unlimited vacation.
