Great benefits, wfh lifestyle, free lunch at office, younger professionals and managers, equiptment for home office, overtime pay, friendly and casual work culture.

Cons

50+dials, constant changes to scripts, role expectations, goal post constantly gets moved, tons of unnecessary zoom meetings, lots of cheerleading and superficial fluff, lots of brown nosers, loads of keyboard warriors. LOTS OF TURNOVER IN THIS POSITION. Bad leads get recycled and reworked amongst the SDR's. You will be expected to work with businesses outside of your own timezone so expect early morning starts around 4:30 or 5am
