Worthwhile but with issues

Pros

- Interesting software doing interesting things - Great pay and benefits - Plenty to learn and grow skills-wise (but expect to have to learn on your own, time during work goes against goals) - Covid and remote work handled very well Overall great place to work for a period of time, but don't expect to be satisfied long term

Cons

- Unreasonable standards and unequal treatment of employees - Some managers and above are amazing and others are terrible, so it's a gamble - Support is a soulless call center

Great culture Decent pay and benefits Co-workers/People you work with are generally great people Room for upward growth Customer Support Leadership cares about you as a person

Cons

The product. It is SO hard to service, almost impossible. It is not user-friendly, simple, or intuitive. The customers don't know how to use it or why certain things work the way they do. There are constant bugs and outages, The product just keeps growing, we have an enormous release every month and it is hard to catch up after that so you are just constantly trying to keep your head above water. Every time the company announces a "successful release" the entire company celebrates except for the teams that are customer facing.

Good Company , Bad Managment

Pros

Co-workers are mostly smart and helpful and the perks are great. The HR department does care about the employees and treats them fairly.

Cons

Bad Manager and C level executives. There is a sense of superiority and arrogance which is exactly the opposite of what the company ethics dictates. Work pressure has been unevenly distributed in some parts of the company, few have a regular work-life balance and some are just pushing burnout. Even after knowing that an employee is at maximum work load and burning out the manager does not act.
