*Unlimited PTO (with a catch) *Great coworkers *Good benefits

*BURN OUT BURN OUT BURN OUT *Unlimited PTO is a disguise as you'll still be expected to take care of customers while on vacation *Wearing 10 different hats (tech support, billing, contract renewal's, churn/retention, product specialist) *Underpaid for amount of working *VERY clingy customers who need hand holding 24/7 *VERY rude customers who think they're god and entitled *Leadership are mainly industry hires who at best ran a plumbing/hvac business therefore they don't have the proper experience

Cons

- CEO does not connect with the ATLANTA office at all! - If you’re a black person working here, you will not be heard. They may give you a “Manager” title but what does that really mean if you’re not going to be heard 🤷🏾‍♂️
