Good health benefits, Work from home option

Cons

Horrible management, horrible leads, they give you leads that are impossible to work with and then you get in trouble for not excelling. They mass hire knowing people will want to leave cus the environment is so bad. I got hired with 15 people, after 4 months only 2-3 were left

Fighting to hit quota, over saturated amount of SDRs, more sales rep does not mean more sales, new cohorts literally every month with new employees, employee turnover rate is crazy

Decent medical insurance, company perks/swags, some coworkers are okay to work with, some customers truly enjoy using the product

Cons

Micromanagement Unlimited PTO that you won't be able to take because you're going to be even more overworked when you come back Underpaid by a mile compared to other Software companies "We're like a family here" - biggest red flag to look out for No career growth A lot of customer complaints
