      Cons

      If you are savvy about growth potential in the realm of managment, this is not the place. You'll have to make up your mind whether you want to be in technical field or management, can't have both, especially if you are in services area.

      Pros

      With the open culture, where everyone is just called by their name, I found this a place where you can learn alot with good career development. The people here are highly qualified and from topmost institutes.

      Cons

      There is no onsite opportunity in this company. And the renumaration also is somewhat less compare to other product based companies.
