Employment is solid. The company itself is solid with ecomonic adversity not hurting an employee that works well.

Poor Management - lots of good ol' boy middle management. No one is gettting promoted soon to open spots and no one is retiring soon because of the economy affecting retirement plans. Poor Growth Potential - There is no management training, career development, or tracking program. Poor support from management in finding a direction, a suggestion, or ideas on how a person can exceed in the company or grow a career in general Poor Vision - product devlopment is sitting on the laurels of success with Teamcenter and JT technology from 10 years ago. While the data management side of Teamcenter is strong. The competition has passed this company in future vision, CAD, visualization, and true integration, as well as user experience.
