      work-life balance is good. Not much stress in most of the teams.

      Cons

      1. Being EDA, not much of technical growth other than domain knowledge. Mostly working on older tech and guys from ECE background struggle to understand core algorithms even.

      Fast Paced.Lots of opportunity to learn and connect with people. The industry is very high tech. You get an opportunity to meet R&D experts from various companies. Foreign travel possible.

      Cons

      No clear path for career growth. Very poor hikes.
