You would hear folks bragging about their long-term tenure, however if you think about a bit deeper, it will unveil the corrupt culture they adopted in order to stick to their chairs. No process whatsoever, a manage lies and acts dishonestly, superior knows and HR knows and turn blind eye. Even worse, they would cook the books to cover it up for one of their own.
