      Really good PTO Decent benefits / pay Big enough to move around Manufacturing onsite Onsite cafeteria

      Cons

      Need to modernize work environment and schedules. Needs more working from home on a regular basis and flexible schedules Parking sucks Bureaucracy Inefficiencies SAP (This ERP system straight from 1990). Absolute garbage. Minimal to no reward for going the extra mile or continuing education Location sucks

      Good Canteen, colleagues are good,

      Cons

      Siemens is running only on brand, No onsite opportunity s, worstmanagers and hrs, Hrs are not responding properly most of the managers are non technical. No job security for employees, projects are not good, if you don't have project they will do terminate. Internal movements are not possible.

      Flexible hours, good canteen, good work location

      Cons

      No sharing of work. Lot of work pressure.Many roles by same person, technically not sound engineering team. Bidding projects with no experience. Projects team are filled with electrical people and bidding FPSO topsides project. No experience to engineering team in FPSO. Sales person talk all nonsense and over commit. Management in US also have no clue.
