Helps you keep in touch with the latest in modern technology 4. Opportunities to attend seminar and workshops in India and abroad. This ensures worldwide exposure

Cons

1. Being a reputed organisation with strict rules and guidelines, freshers will find have to wait a while before they are given independent projects 2. Although my fellow colleagues were extremely helpful, sometimes it is awkward to approach them with basic queries. This will make it difficult to adjust initially.
