Well structured with long term strategy that is both stable and reviewed regularly. Perfect for own development of professional capabilities. Great in career opportunities worldwide with own high quality management school.

Cons

Somewhat rigid due to its structure. Lacks charisma. Not up to par in terms of salaries and benefits to employees. Needs to improve its image as a leading international company in high-tech (and move further away from an image as a household consumer products company).
